How Do I ‘Love’ God?

In this episode, Dr. Betters answers the question, "Hi, long time viewer, first-time caller :-) My question is "How do I love God?".....that question comes from a 40 year plus history of major depression. My childhood was very loveless, hence I've grown up not knowing what love is (apart from Corinthians 13: 4-8, which I can tick most of the boxes on)... Due to my depression, which has taken me to some very dark places, I am now anhedonic, I feel nothing. I may do something very kind for someone that others may consider as 'loving', but I do it because it's who I am. I feel no different when I do these things. Hence my question - "How do I love God when I do not know what love feels like to give or receive, or what it is to feel loved? Thanks, Greg,"
