12 Days of Christmas Light!

After the fatal car accident of our son Mark and his friend Kelly, we experienced the power of biblical encouragement, as God’s people rushed to help stay the hemorrhaging of our broken hearts. None of them tried to fix us – no one but Jesus could. But each touch helped turn our hearts toward our Savior. They became conduits of the light of Jesus in the darkest nights of our souls. In the same way, the mission of MARKINC is to reflect the light of Jesus in the darkest midnights of life. As we look back over 2022, we are grateful for every one of you, who has shared your story of how the Lord is making this vision of offering help and hope to hurting people a reality. Your stories are exquisite pictures of why we do what we do. Over the next 12 days, Sharon and I will answer the question of why we do what we do by sharing some of your stories – accounts of how the light of Jesus is transforming lives, one person at a time. No matter how dark the dark, it’s our prayer that these stories will encourage you to believe with us the reality that Jesus is the light:

Many of you have made it possible for us to offer help and hope for almost thirty years.  Reflect and rejoice with us as we remember how God continues to turn hearts toward the light of Jesus. We wish you a very blessed Christmas, as you, too, offer others the help and hope of Jesus – the light of the world.

In His Grip,

Chuck and Sharon
